Product Introduction:

Airflow spray, also known as two fluid spray, the feed liquid flows out from the outlet of the atomizer, and the compressed air sprays out from the air ring port of the atomizer at a high speed (the air speed is more than 200 m/s). When the two contact at the end face, due to the large relative speed, the high friction and frying force generated will oxidize the feed liquid, and contact the hot air in the drying tower to dry it. The finished materials will enter the cyclone separator with the airflow for gas-solid separation, and the separated air will be exhausted by the induced draft fan after being dedusted by other dust collectors.

The three flow atomizer has good atomization effect on high viscosity paste like substances.

working principle:
